We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, usually within a couple of business days.
LoanFitCalc is an educational website, not a lender or a broker. We are not able to tell you whether you qualify, quote you a rate, lock a rate, review your credit report, take a loan application, or look up the status of a loan you already have with a bank. Those all require a licensed mortgage loan originator working from your full file.
Email is the only channel we monitor, and we reply to most messages within two business days. Corrections get priority. If you spotted a figure that looks wrong, include the page address and the number you saw and we will verify it against the current program guidelines and publish a fix. Mortgage insurance factors, funding fees, and loan limits change on their own schedule, so reader corrections are genuinely useful to us.
The site is published by the Winslow Homes team as an independent educational resource. It is supported by advertising and by an optional referral to a licensed loan officer, which is disclosed on every page where it appears.
